It is mainly engaged in the R. & D. and production of IC card and remote reading intelligent meters, and accessory software, providing users with intelligent water meter, gas meter, watt-hour meter and heat meter as well as system integration solution. With subsidiary enterprises of mould making, plastic processing, LED lamp, and trade, etc.. It is committed to the development of IC Card Meter and initiated the research & development of intelligent meters in 1998, becoming the one of first enterprise to provide user with mature intelligent meters in China. It has an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 sets of intelligent water meters and gas meters, etc. and all its products are of superior quality and reliable.
